"Room was spacious, updated and clean. Bed was comfortable and there were 2 chairs that reclined so we didn't have to resort to sitting on the bed. Staff were friendly and courteous. Hotel was conveniently located for our purposes."

"Come for the location and friendly front desk. Don’t come for the shower (weak, inconsistent temperature), or breakfast coffee efficiency (stood in a queue for 15 mins in lobby to get a cup of coffee).
They are redoing the restaurant so maybe some steps in a positive direction, but rooms feel dark and old. Outdated bathrooms. "

"Loved this gem in Berkeley!! Location was perfect. Just a quick ride from downtown Berkeley. We had an amazing view all the way out to the ocean, and this was especially wonderful at night when we were out on the deck in the hot tub. The home is dated but clean and has anything you would need. The appliances in the kitchen are “new retro” and in great shape. Communication with owner was perfect. The gated yard was great for our small dog. Enjoy!"
"We had a great stay at this hotel it was close to the Greek Theater. The bed was comfortable the balcony was a nice touch. They don’t have their own parking and you can’t stay in the parking lot that belongs to the grocery store next door. We still managed to find good parking close and the car was safe. Were definitely going to stay here again!"
