9/10 Wonderful! (52 reviews)
Super clean room, I received an unexpected upgrade and it really was superb. Kitchen very well fitted out with everything you might need. The location is excellent and the property manager amazing. Quick with replies and I didn’t feel like anything was too much trouble. The bed was so comfy and the pillows are the best I have ever slept on! The cleanliness throughout the property was fabulous. All in all a perfect 10/10 stay. Thank you

8.2/10 Very good! (1,003 reviews)
This is an older hotel that appears not to have been renovated for many years, and the overall condition reflects its age. The breakfast could also be improved, with more variety and better quality. The hotel is not located in the city centre, so I was disappointed that guests are still charged separately for parking. In my opinion, parking should be included for hotel guests, particularly given the location. Overall, I did not feel the hotel offered good value for money, and considering the room rate, I would not consider it worth the price.

"We had requested a ground floor room away from busy areas in the hopes of not being woken up too early. Sadly, this hotel has very thin walls and slamming doors so no such luck. The bathroom was dirty and in desperate need of refurbishment. The seals around the bath were black in places and the sink ..."
