"Room cleaning could’ve been better breakfast was great and the staff was awesome the security at gates was great a particular front desk staff could use some training otherwise all was good however I’ll not be staying at that property again."

"We had an absolutely wonderful vacation at Couples Tower Isle! Our room was very clean, and the air conditioning worked amazingly—which made coming back to the room after a day in the Jamaican sun so comfortable. The food was incredible, even at the buffet! We truly couldn’t have asked for more helpful, friendly, and accommodating staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make our vacation special. We had such a wonderful experience and will definitely be back! Highly recommend Couples Tower Isle!"

"The property was beautiful and everyone was very nice and accommodating. Savaugn was very helpful and always offering the card ride up and down since my sister had an ankle injury. Front desk was great. Restaurants were good. The bartenders at the pool bar were very slow and don't acknowledge the guests at the bar tomatoes say, be right with you. we actually ended going to a different bar for our cocktails."
