Wanted a refund from the door expecting a nice room that was missing represented on top of everything else like the toilet that wasnt cleaned dusty and the longe room was not a place to lounge as well as the kitchen attached to it never rushed to get a different place faster and you can find it for the price I paid I wouldn't have wanted to stay there and the refund process takes its time when you figure out you need to do it

It didn’t go as expected. The room doesn’t appear as how it was on the app. There was this strong smell in the room that made it very uncomfortable and not accommodating at all. Only two bathrooms for 10 rooms is unacceptable. U pleasant at all so I checked out yesterday around 3pm instead of today. We only spent one night and that’s because of the nature of the place. It’s not safe to be there. There is only two bathroom for the ten rooms here and due to that we had to climb like three floors because we were in the basement to use the bathroom upstairs. On arrival I got confused and went into a different, accessing a different room with the same access key code to my room is the unsafest thing ever. It’s soo messed up
