Overall great value for money accommodation! Quite central to Bristol and the area around has a lot of shops and places to eat very lively atmosphere with students etc. The communication was excellent and staff were attentive. House is nice, quite basic inside, and a little run down but clean and no safety concerns. Parking is limited to paid on the street, and it's a busy area with a fair bit of road noise all night due to single pane windows. But overall good and well organised letting company would stay again happily as the price was very competitive.

Comfortable, everything you need, basic rooms, kitchen and living area downstairs, shared bathrooms, I thought it was a bit cold, but they gave me a heater making everything ok

The window does not open and no fan in the middle of a heatwave. Emailed about a fan on the day of check in, got the email back two days later when we have left already saying that there was no fan available. Perhaps it would have been a better stay if there was any air in the room

Cette guest house est plutôt bien située en haut de la colline de Clifton, une station de bus est à quelques pas. Les parties communes sont grandes et fonctionnelles. L'accès est facile avec des codes communiqués et la gentillesse et réactivité du staff est très appréciable. Le lit est confortable. Par contre, j'avais la chambre 2 qui se trouve à côté de la pièce avec des machines à laver accessible à tous : certains hôtes l'utilisaient vers 23h/minuit et j'entendais le tambour tourner, ce serait bien de limiter l'accès à 21 ou 22h max ! Rapport qualité/prix correct.
