Good sized flat, good location

The location of this flat is good for the centre of Bristol. It is walkable to town (15-20mins) or a short bus journey away. (and plenty of buses stop opposite the flat). There are also local bars and eateries nearby. The flat is as described, with plenty of towels and toiletries provided. Some areas looking a little tired but overall it was nicely presented. It was a bit hot during our stay, but a fan was provided. The host didn't give check-in instructions until the day of arrival, however once received, these details were clear and it as easy to access the property.

Poor Cleaning

Easy access to the property. We dropped our bags and went out for the evening. Came back and heating was not on, and no instructions provided. The flat was still warm, but not the point. Then noticed the smoke alarm was covered with cellophane, for some reason. Then noticed the oven had not been cleaned, literally had the fat from previous vrbo users meal in it. Air filters in kitchen and toilet had not been cleaned in ages. Cutlery and cups were not cleaned to a good enough standard. Sticky surfaces. Tv remote was very warn, hard to use. Basic standards were not met.
