"This place was perfect for what we needed. Really good value for the price you pay. They kindly allowed us to check in early as we were attending an event at the Prospect Building that ran across their official check in hours. Bed was comfy and sheets were clean. Some noise from the pub and busy high street, but this was obviously expected and did not bother us at all. Would definitely stay again."

"Spacious room which was well appointed and with a comfortable bed. Service of breakfast was slow but the food, which we also experienced for a lunch and a dinner, was consistently good. Service was good for both lunch and dinner. The garden was a really pleasant place for lunch. Staff generally very pleasant and helpful."

"The room was clean and funky in terms of decoration which we liked. We hadn't realised that it was not a bathroom ensuit but shared one with three other rooms, but this was also very clean and luckily we were the only occupied room for the night we spent there. The staff were friendly and as we had to leave early the next morning kindly laid on a breakfast bap for us at 7am. An excellent setting next to the river and ideally suited for a short trip into Bath."
