"Nice clean comfortable room and friendly staff"

"Brilliant hotel. Beautiful lobby and entrance area. Fast and efficient lifts. Spacious room (we had the deluxe) with a gigantic queen bed. The curtains were PROPER blackout and we slept so well because of this. Comfy pillows, all the mod cons you could need. Staff were extremely friendly :) was a great location. "

"It was a last minute get away for me and my partner and the staff were very accommodating. The spa facility was very good each time we went. Easy and plenty of parking. "

"It's A motorway services area so not the most attractive place to stay but it is convenient for the transport links, and Cribbs causeway. Certainly nothing to complain about."

"was a little worried after reading some reviews.but all the facilitiesi used were excellent. check was nice and quick,great bar area and prices were ok for a hotel, really well located for bars and restaurants.Room was excellent very large and cumfy bed and good pillows and good coffee machine shower room was large good towels and all very clean. will stay here again on my next visit "
