"First time I have stayed here and it’s really a beautiful hotel. The rooms are fantastic and with a rainfall shower was also nice.
The staff 5 Stars.
The breakfast 5 stars.
I would highly recommend a stay.

"Lovely stay in a well maintained traditional B&B with ample parking and great breakfast. Quiet location a short walk from the promenade and and town centre."
"We absolutely love this hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds really comfortable. It could do with an update and refurb in certain areas but this doesn't affect the quality of the stay. The staff are very friendly and happy to help in any way they can. It's location is perfect as it's close to South pier, a tram stop, shops and the pleasure beach. We will be making further bookings in the future."
"We didn't stay at the hotel for a number of reasons. Firstly, the surrounding area was deprived with half the buildings either boarded up or in disrepair. Secondly, having a 'seaview' and being a 'boutique' hotel is debatable, but definitely not from the outward appearance of the property. It was scruffy and needed maintenance to the paintwork and front door. Thirdly, to be made to stand outside ringing a bell for 30 minutes is unacceptable and shows poor customer service.

"Every thing about this hotel was excellent, but one night I decided to eat in the restaurant. The meal I chose was chicken supreme. It was absolutely uneatable. The waiter asked me if I would like to change it, but I declined and didn’t even risk the sweets."
" The staff were marvellous they got the luggage from the car and helped us to the room. They couldn’t have been more helpful during our 5 days.

"My preferred location in the North West. Rooms are nice, breakfast is fab. I’m not a fan of the reduced menu in the evening in favour of the small plates. Not a criticism, just an observation and my last stay I ate outside of the hotel on both nights. "
"Really lovely place. Michael is a very good host and very helpful. Very nice, clean room. Property just a short walk to shops, bars, restaurants, and pier. We didn't have breakfast - but the breakfast room is lovely. EV charging in the car park was a bonus! Really enjoyed our stay."
"This is a lovely, independently owned hotel. I always book room 3 as it has a private, outdoor space. The air con is excellent. It’s nice and quiet and the staff are really lovely. "
