This quaint two-bedroom cottage offers cosy and comfortable accommodation with stunning harbour and bay views next to the quayside and one of the best locations... Ground Floor:

Separate Toilet.. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, and Superfast fibre Wi-Fi included. Parking for one car. No smoking or E-cigarettes. Sorry, no children under the age of three due to safety reasons.. The cottage location provides the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area that has to offer. Experience the charm of a traditional fisherman’s cottage with modern comforts and unforgettable views.

A well-equipped fitted kitchen/diner, complete with electric oven and Ceramic induction hob, dishwasher, TV and all other necessities that are needed for a modern kitchen, complete with table seating for four. The family bathroom, also on the ground floor, is a spacious, large walk-in shower cubicle, integrated washbasin and toilet, with the benefit of an additional toilet next to the bedrooms.

On the first floor is the lounge, which has a galleried glass balcony with seating with views over the harbour and Tor Bay. A perfect place where you can relax in the afternoon or evening sun with fibre broadband and a large TV, some games/books and plenty of comfortable seating. The double bedroom on the top floor has views of the harbour, also features a comfortable bed, sink, vanity unit, hanging cupboard and additional electric towel rail.

Bedroom two has two bunk beds suitable for young children, and also on this floor is another toilet.

Gas central heating throughout, electricity, gas, bed linen, towels and cleaning included. Parking for one car on the quay, sorry, no children under the age of three due to safety reasons for the two flights of stairs.

This is a no-smoking or e/smoking cottage. No pets allowed.
