About this property

Fantastic location in the harbour bowl

  • After a full refurbishment Quayside is being offered as a holiday cottage for the first time from the end of May 2021, it is ideally situated within a stones throw to the harbour, Golden Hind and local Restaurant’s.

    The property benefits from three bedrooms, master bedroom with sea glimpses, 2 king & 1 twin bedroom all with smart televisions, two en-suites, and a family bathroom, Open plan lounge diner, kitchen and enclosed level rear garden.

    Please note the top bedroom has a steeper than normal staircase and slightly narrower than modern standards and could be unsuitable for some young children or the elderly.

    Very few houses in the harbour area have their own parking but the fantastic location of the house more than makes up for the parking. If you are just staying local you should not need your car very much.

    When you arrive you can quickly pull in and unload just by the house outside Dilly Dally Café or The Coffin House.
