Period Townhouse set over 4 floors, in the centre of Broadstairs. 7 minutes from the train station (with direct links to London) and 5 minutes to the beaches. Wide selection of bars and restaurants on the door step with Margate and Ramsgate only a few miles away.
Off street parking for up to 2 cars and a garden to enjoy with dining terrace.
The house is made up of 3 separate apartments, with each having its own kitchen, living room and bathroom. You will have exclusive use of the whole house.

The house is made up of 3 separate apartments, with each having it`s own kitchen, living room and bathroom. The flats all interconnect to allow for unrestricted access and there is a large kitchen and lounge on the ground floor for everyone to congregate. BBQ is available on request.
Perfect setup for three families, allowing you to be fully flexible with meal and naps times, but having the benefit of all being able to get together whenever you wish.

All three apartments have beds with a super comfy contract pocket 1500 Mattress, Egyptian cotton bedding, fluffy white towels and complimentary toiletries.

All guests receive access to our exclusive digital guest guide, which includes recommendations for local restaurants & activities.

The apartment is located on a quiet residential street just off the high street. A Coop supermarket is 2 minutes walk around the corner, with the beach and train station only a few minutes more walk. At the end of the street is a pretty park with children`s play area.

Off street parking for up to 2 cars available - this is very rare in central Broadstairs.

The house has 3no. King Size beds, 1no King size sofabed, 2no. small single beds and a small room with a cot. The cot can be swapped out for a small single fold-out bed on request.

Amazing location and property was beautiful. It could have been improved by a better selection of board games but im just picking at straws there. The host was very polite and responded to messages quickly. Overall wonderful stay.

Good location in Broadstairs

A clean, large well equipped property, in an excellent location. Sufficient for 10 people. Good value for money. Realistically parking only sufficient for one car, but car parks and street parking nearby.

Beautiful house and location

We arrived on the Friday afternoon very well presented house and very clean cosy, close to all amenities and the beach. We were very impressed with this house great for a family with everything you would need for your stay. Beds comfortable. As we were family of 7 the different apartments and the communal area suited us brilliantly. Would highly recommend
