Yes the breakfast menu was fresh, a good selection and constantly replenished. Air conditioning and heating system in room was a bit noisy, even when switched off there was still a fan running in the night which affected sleep

This is the third time we've stayed at this property over the past decade. That alone should say something. Out of season Broadstairs is a lovely, tranquil place to visit. Coastal walks, cosy pubs and restaurants, unusual independent shops, there are few chain stores lining the dramatic high street, which leads straight down to breath-taking Viking Bay.
