"Staff were friendly and helpful. The parking, there is no registration system, so anyone can park in the little car park, which is unfortunate if you are booking somewhere with designated parking. Reception and restaurant furnished lovely. Once you go up to the rooms, it gets a little dated. Some doors with no framing, walls with damage, and looks very tired. Room had air conditioning, which was nice. Bed was comfy. Curtains do not block the light out, so in summer you will be woken early hours. We was situated away from the corridor which was lovely. It was extremely quiet. We only heard 1 door slam when people left for breakfast, so can imagine corridor rooms could easily disturb you, but our room was peaceful. TV in the room worked well, plenty of channels and radio stations. Room also came with a hairdryer and soft towels. There was also tea and coffee facilties. Overall lovely, just very dated behind the scenes. We would stay again though."

"Very spacious house, well situated for Dumpton Gap beach (15 min walk), a further 15 mins to get to Broadstairs itself. Lovely big kitchen and a really nice garden, not sure why there are not any pictures of the garden available. Beds really comfy. The only thing it could do with are some fans, it was very hot the week we were there and they would have been appreciated. Keepers Cottages are an excellent company to book with, my second time of using them, you can actually get to speak to someone if need be, can’t fault them!!"

"The staff were all super friendly and helpful - prior to, during and after our stay when we left bags on checkout and returned to collect them later in the day. The property has been lovingly restored, the bed was super comfortable and the view over the harbour is amazing. The location is great for exploring the harbour and town centre and the Loop bus passes right by. Although we were offered an upgrade to a seaview king we stayed with our original accessible room as we wanted the superking bed and wet room and we knew that meant we would need to use the staff stairway. A few elements were lacking which may be considered details but surprised us - carpet fairly stained, no milk/coffee in room, no shelves for toiletry bags in wet room, crisp packets and rubbish on patio, fan not very strong and noisy when oscillating. It was a hot night, had been 27C during day, so needed windows open and so fairly constant traffic noise was unavoidable as hotel is right by the road. Overall we appreciated our stay, would recommend but would return in spring or autumn when rooms would be cooler and windows can be left closed to mitigate the traffic noise."

"Lovely family friendly property with plenty of space to spread out. Great base for exploring Kent. Communication was easy with prompt replies. My only concern was the lack of parking, as we had 3 cars as it was our family get away. We did find parking on the streets around and about however, but a bit stressful not knowing the area. Broadstairs is a lovely town with ice cream to die for and a beautiful beach!!! All within easy walking distance."

"Hotel undergoing some building work!was opening bar/dining area down below!which looks gd!room could do with dust remove d from top of wardrobe!Great shower!there again nothing in soap dispenser!just needed a little more attention to detail!overall I would stay again!though windows in my room i didn't like? Claustrophobic!location excellent!Great walking also"
