Very friendly helpful staff, great service. Lovely food, atmosphere and comfortable room and great for my assistance dog. Only issue I had was the shower didn’t have any hot water early in the morning. Not great on a chilly November morning.

The room was very spacious and clean. Great shower. Loved the balcony. All of the staff, reception, waitresses, bar staff were all so welcoming and helpful. Nothing too much trouble.

Holiday Inn Dover by IHG
The bedroom was clean & comfortable. Some signs of wear & tear but nothing major. Didn’t like the communal areas as it was all open plan & very plain. There wasn’t a separate dining room either. The eating area was like a cafe.
