"We stopped in Louisville after being on the road for 12 hours straight. Even though we checked in close to 11:00 p.m. at night, the staff was really friendly, the space itself is absolutely gorgeous, and our room was lovely (as was the beautiful showers!). "

"easy parking except Friday and sat night gets crowded due to 2 adult clubs downstairs and/or events. Hotel is older needs big Reno which they are starting but also home to women in recovery and low income housing. 1st and last ever stay somewhere like that only place affordable and left in city for that weekend. Breakfast was not fresh or hot but left tip for staff because they were very nice. "

"Air conditioning didn’t work, refrigerator didn’t work, water pressure horrible. Paid almost $600 to stay one night and it felt like we were at a Motel 6!"

"This hotel is exactly what you are paying for, no frills. Room was clean, bed was comfortable but this is not a high end hotel. If you are looking for a place to lay your head and aren’t picky this is a great spot. Central location to lots of attractions but there are a lot of homeless and you will be in the flight path of the local airport. I am not picky and high maintenance, this is a great little spot and would definitely stay there again."

"Very disappointing experience. The breakfast was poor and served with plastic utensils, which felt cheap and below standard. More concerning, a restaurant staff member took my AirPods. I had to use Apple’s Find My to locate them at his home, and only after threatening to call the police were they returned. This is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place."
