"Too many steps to check in. Air conditioning didn’t work and there was no staff available at night to remedy the situation. Bright spot for this hotel was the location and great breakfast."

"Beautiful room with a balcony and roof top area as well. Close proximity to many restaurants, cafes,etc. walking distance to the Fish Market and churches. Private parking was great as well as security. LOVED IT!"

"The entire place was amazing and perfect for anyone looking to spend some time in the heart of Catania. We stayed in a beautiful and clean property looking over one of the main streets with is brimming with people at night. Despite this, the room still stays remarkably quiet when the windows are shut. Amazing air conditions, tall walls, large bed and security. Highly recommend - we stayed in the Double Deluxe room"

"Overall experience was very good. The suite was unusually decorated, large and clean. It was at the front of the hotel and there was some residual noise from the street. AC was good and housekeeping was efficient. It’s in a good location for Via Etna, Piazza Duomo and other spots and very close to a host of bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful when I needed to interact with them. The breakfast buffet was adequate but not in keeping with the style or ‘sense’ of the hotel. The restaurant struggled to keep with the demand of a lot of guests having breakfast at the same time. There was very little information about the services in the hotel. Nothing in the room or advertised around the hotel. The gym was very small."
