"Room was clean, staff was attentive and kind, housekeeping came quick. The only issue we had was the elevator. Took a very long time to get to our floor and when we were on it it would open on random floors and no one was there. "

"Hidden fees added almost an additional 100$ usd per day. For this cost, i could have been in a much nicer hotel, one that didnt trigger my girls claustrophobia. Could barely maneuver the room without hitting a toe on the bed frame. Breakfast is bagels and cereal. Not worth the value. Thin walls, staff said we were playing music too loud.. from a cellphone. Wish we chose better"

"The only downfall was very limited parking. That's to be expected in New York I suppose. Subway was close to use so once we found parking we didn't have to move our vehicle"
