"The room was mostly clean, but the floor was dirty as soon as we walked in, we had to brush off our feet to get into the bed, so we don’t track dirt/ sand into the bed on our feet. Staff was ok, not particularly friendly as everyone describes, just there. The bathtub was clogged, so the water drained super slow filling up the bathtub as you showered."

"Nice basic property. Pool area was very nice. The location in Naples is great. Be aware that there is a daily Eco fee of $13. Also, the tiki bar adds an automatic 20% service fee."

"Great hotel in a perfect location right on 5th Avenue in Naples, Florida, surrounded by some of the best restaurants in the area. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. The rooftop pool was awesome and a great place to relax, and the food was very good for a hotel restaurant. The staff was attentive and friendly throughout the stay. Another big plus is that the beach is only about a half mile away, making it an easy walk. The only drawback for me is that I’m a big gym person, and the fitness center felt a bit tired and could use an update. Other than that, it was a great stay and I would definitely come bac"

"Our stay and overall experience surpassed all expectations. Three of us worked during the day and were able to take quick breaks to the pool, gym, restaurant and tennis courts in little time. The shuttle was on time & convenient. Well-groomed grounds. Take full advantage of these amenities or stay in a boring hotel."
