"The hotel is right on 5th avenue south, plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff were great and very accommodating. Jose from valet had great dining recommendations, Israel, Lisa and I believe Judy from the front desk were very helpful and exceptional. Nicole from the spa was amazing and great to talk to as was Gail the bartender server from the pool area. Overall I have no complaints about the property or the staff. I enjoyed my time there thoroughly and will definitely choose this hotel again when I travel to Naples. "
"Overall, I really liked the property. Walkable to the beach and restaurants. I found the staff very helpful and courteous. I don’t like this part, but my only negative comment is going to be about housekeeping. On the first full day we were there, the room was not attended to. The beds weren’t made, drinking glasses that were used the night we checked in were not cleared away and replaced. The second full day, the room was attended to, but the dirty glasses were still in the room and the bathroom counter was not cleaned properly. Trash cans emptied, towels replaced and beds made. I will definitely revisit this hotel. Love that in the evenings satchels of lavender was available. "
"All staff and their services were impeccable! Everyone was so friendly, kind and helpful. I would definitely 100% recommend to all of my family and friends to stay there while vacationing in Florida. Thank you all again for such wonderful service and an amazing experience.
