9/10 Wonderful! (390 reviews)
Room smelled strongly of a strange chemical floral smell. Had to keep the window open to try and air it out. No food available nearby. There is a mall within a short walk that offers a Greg’s and a McDonald’s. The hotel is not 4 stars. It is a bit rundown. The staff are nice and try to be helpful.

8.4/10 Very good! (87 reviews)
Room was ready an hour early which was great after 24 hours of flying. Great surrounding areas for food and coffee. Room and bathroom was very clean and super quiet! Would absolutely stay here again. Great spot to still get around but not feel like you are super central. Staff was super friendly at check in. I recommend!

"The hotel is a little far from where you want to be if you want to see Edinburgh unless you have a car. There are no stores or anything close by the hotel so if you don't have a car it's difficult. The train station is about an hour walk away and about an 8 pound cab ride. There aren't any Uber's ..."
