"They kick us out of our room because we had young kids with us said we had more than four people they wanted me and my wife to be in separate rooms with our children we only had one night remaining and they kick us out because we would not book another room for the last night of a two day stay short notice booking due to or last accommodations being over book we had to book here not by choice but was only thing available at the time in our budget. Staff suck lack compassion and understanding kids are under 7 years old youngest 3 it was said we went to Marriott instead of staying there one more night."

I can understand some dirty carpet and other things that might get addressed with a renovation, but I don't understand broken furniture and no usable power outlets."
