"The hotel doesn’t look like the pictures as advertised! They say they are under new management and they do have a lot of remodeling going on but still… not the same! The front desk staff and security is friendly, housekeeping and maintenance take forever to respond to calls IF THEY RESPOND AT ALL. The rooms don’t have washcloths. I changed rooms 4 times, 3 of those a because of issues with my tv ( I couldn’t change the channel because of the remote or internet connection). The pool water is green and the tiki bar is taped off. The gym has 5 items in it, one of which doesn’t even have a plug to it and the sauna is out of order until further notice. The rooms are clean though and spacious. Most have a at least a microwave and some a fridge as well from what I can tell. They do sell dinners in the bar area and the gift shop is open sometimes. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, just the right amount of choices. Coffee was hot and strong like the way I like it. Parking was convenient and close to hotel. Would definitely stay here again."
