"The staff was amazing. Miss Marie was great. The gentleman at the front desk, who was very enthusiastic was fantastic He was happy every day. He was very friendly. Miss Marie was very accommodating and the young lady. Also, who gave us strength certificates was fantastic. those three people off the top plus the Manager D. kudos to them. I hope they remember me when I come back."

"The parking is $20 a day extra and the parking lot guys thought I was picking someone up so they sent me to the wrong area, I had to do a crazy turn around as their shuttles were all parked there. Hotel is okay not like most (higher end) Crowne Plazas I've stayed at."

"Incompetent people up front. Before booking i was told it would be a 300 hold per usual. As we’re checking in we’re told it’s 700. Also valet parking is 62 bucks a night. Their “complimentary” breakfast isn’t complimentary. You have to order anything 23 bucks and under and they prioritize people who pay over the people that paid for the “comped” breakfast. Also was told when we checked in our room that was paid for was not ready so had to stay in a different room. It was clearly an older room and wasn’t even remotely close to the layout i paid for. Will never be back at Sonesta fort lauderdale"
