The hotel's location was good, a little far from the city center, but walkable. The room was nice, with a great view of the canal. By American standards the room was cool, set at 68, but the duvet was more than enough to keep warm. The breakfast was very good.

The best thing I can say is that the location is excellent. It is a very basic hotel, with very small rooms. The breakfast was quite good. You have to pay extra for things like a blow dryer, shampoo, extra pillows. We didn’t have to pay For the blow dryer as we were staying a week.

Lovely stay

This isn't anywhere, fancy hotel. It is old and parts of it are run down. But it's adorable and very Charming. The location was perfect. The staff was amazing. I would definitely come back!

Had a super time at the hotel ..our double window opened onto the canal which was great to wake in the morning..the reception staff and manager were always ready to help with any questions..breakfast was a great extra too.

Rooms were clean that flex facilities and I was old and showing where breakfast is good. Staff was nonexistent due to the fact it’s a self check in and self check out and the room was oversold. The unmanned check-in process was super easy, it's a short walk to the Square and Belfry, the staff were very accommodating and we were able to store our bags after checkout. We staying in a canal view room, the view was amazing

We were fortunate to have a room where the window opened directly to the canal. Room was very tiny and basic but having the canal view with swans swimming up to say hello each morning made it magical. The hotel was undergoing renovations but this did not impact our stay . Breakfast was adequate and coffee delicious. Hotel was walking distance to everything we wanted to explore in Bruges and convenient to use bus to central train/ bus station. We would stay again
