"Room was very clean. Service in Belgium overall including this hotel is absolutely terrible. The entire building must be set to either cool or heat. Rooms are not able to be independently adjusted. As a result all 4 rooms were very warm."

"We opted to upgrade our room to larger room as we were staying 4 nights and happy we did. Every staff person we interacted with was positive, friendly and accommodated our requests. Our room was clean and it was fun to check out the roof top bar for the view at night. The area was safe to walk and easy to get around. We were very happy we booked in the downtown area. Lots of choice for restaurants and tours to book. In particular we recommend the city walking tours. "

"Love the location , the hotel itself is great . Angel who works in the breakfast area is the best employee of the hotel , he really goes above and beyond for customers. "

"Staff were supportive and check in was smooth. Room is good. Located conveniently inside the station and from safety it was very helpful. Getting uber cabs to the hotel was not easy in the night though due to the neighbourhood."

"Incredibly easy and convenient. It's a short walk between hotel and terminals - literally across the street, but the hotel is so nice inside that you quickly forget that it's at the airport."

"Paid extra to have club access…just not worth it. Breakfast consisted of some so danish, croissants, fruit salad and yogurt. Nothing added to midday …even saw the fruit salad still there. We had a suite…fridge empty, not even a bottle of water. Bedroom very sparse .. broken window shade and electrical outlet under window didn’t work….found out the next day when I was sightseeing and my battery was dead."
