The apartment is really nice and useful. Only one suggestion. To try to anticipate the check-in time. 16:00 is really to late, considering that the place where could be possible to store the luggage is not near to the apartment.

all was perfect. I always embarrassed by the water pouring out off the shower slab but it's a building matter. Many thanks.

Only the fact of the shower hasn’t door and it is a little bit complicated not to shower all the floor hahah. But it is not so important, the rest is very good, we were so comfy.

Less lift issues. No heating issue in 21 and maybe better access to the bathroom. Make it clear on the leaflet that the services (such as daily cleaning ) are on request and followed by a * (not just a * at the bottom). Make sure nobody locks us all in/out by double closing the door. Besides that :) All good :)
