Lovely hotel, with spacious rooms. I had a lovely view of the Palace of Justice (currently with scaffolding) and the big wheel from the 15th floor. The room was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The rain shower was great, too! The highlight was the breakfast buffet. Good ingredients, lots of variety and set me up nicely for a day in Ghent. The only downside is that it is a bit of a walk (15 mins) from the historic centre, but wasn't a problem with the lovely weather!

Nice room with excellent shower (and electric blinds). Great view. Breakfast very good but dinner menu pretty weird. Nice staff. Area is near the smart Louise shops but not far to walk (downhill) to old town. Next to metro.

Excellent hotel
The hotel was in the desinger part of Brussels, next door to Prada with Louis Vuttion, Hermes, Gucci etc along the same street. We had a great time and wonderful sleep due to the blackout blinds. The breakfast wad very good but some of the hot food became warm rather than hot towards the end of breakfast. The staff on reception were very helpful and provided me with an UK plug socket adapter and arranged late check outs at a reasonable price. Great views all across the city from the Lounge but also our room. We will definitely stay again in the future. The only down side was the VIP lounge was not always cleaned so there was a collection of empty bottles and glass. Also the food in the lounge was very limited.

Nice property in the heart of the shopping district. Short walk to Grand Place and other things. Not a lot of great dining options right around there. FYI: the Panorama Lounge is reserved for guests in suites. This was not made clear ahead of booking and played a role in our decision to book the hotel.

Location is great as well as housekeeping keeping but I can't recommend this hotel due to overall bad experience. Breakfast is ok but nothing justifying price when not included in your room fees. Also totally disorganized since restaurant too small for the number of rooms. Even with room at 20th floor, it's super noisy not only from traffic outside but also you can hear other room bathroom noises and as well as customers passing in the aisle. Last but not least poor to zero service in panorama lounge where we had to complain various times since it was dirty, loads of empty glasses, no more beverages,... Same apply to gym where there wasn't any water we went twice. If your justification is hotel was full, then you should wake up since, it's totally abnormal such low customer care for this price range. Owners should give more means to get the correct service level.

Nice hotel walking distance from the old town and restaurants. Right in the middle of high end shopping, all stores within 1-2 min walk. Staff was attentive, but was hard to get them on the phone from the room, had to go to the lobby and ask them in person for a bathrobe. Spa area is small, well kept and cleaned often. Sauna gets nice city views too. Room was a bit noisy even with shades down, you can hear traffic.

Great location for walking, modern, good value. Service wasn't great in the bar or room service. Terrible to try to get a taxi or Uber, your best bet is to go across the street to the apple store to flag one.
