"The house is very nice, and overall we were happy there. We traveled with 14 Girl Scouts and 5 adults, so having the game room and back yard was perfect. The pool was very nice. The issue we had was that for a group of 19, the community spaces (other than outside) were not big enough. The listing states you can fit 26 people there. I wouldn’t suggest trying to have that many there. In fact, the listing also states that they have 2 double sofa beds- suggesting to me that the couches have pull out beds. They don’t. They do have 2 sectional sofas, that technically 2 people could sleep on- but they didn’t pull out. Another thing to note if you are coming expecting to use all of the “beds” the game room is in the garage and is not completely sealed off from outside. Overall we had an excellent trip. My girls loved the property."
