"Great staff and excellent amenities, very helpful with anything you may need. Literally anything I went and bought a bunch of fruits from the market and they took it and chilled it and gave it to me cut and ready without me even asking if they can, they went out of their way to do that. So yes this place is amazing especially the staff"

"We were one of the longest staying guests in this hotels history staying for more than two weeks in the room with the pool. 10/10 best hotel in UBUD, highly recommend the cooking class. The head chef of this five star hotel will teach you how to make the best food. We took two classes and had the best food I ever had in my life. Additionally, Wid is awesome and so are the rest of the staff. Will be back next year again 100%"

"This hotel had its 1st Birthday a few days ago, it’s all set to grow up big and strong! Beautiful hotel, my room at ground level looked out onto lush paddy fields. Attentive, friendly employees make for a peaceful stay. Breakfast and dinner are a joy, pool chilled. Someone noted that the pictures don’t actually do the place justice, true. Best of luck! "
