The property is located in a very central location. The staff are Friendly. Access on checkin can be a challenge since you need to enter a locked gate, make sure and coordinate this in advance.
The worst part was the condution of the room. We were met with a strong stench of sewer. We got in late and thought it would go away, however we woke up the nexr day and it was still there. I notified the front desk and he said he would fix it. We talked to the front desk manager after our day of sight seeing and he said it was fixed. Unfortunately it persisted. I again talked to the front desk and brought them to the room to tell them they needed a maintenance person to look into it. Later that day we returned and the smell was fixed. It took 2 of our 3 night stays before the strong sewer stench was resolved. In addition the ceiling is severely stained from water intrusion. We stayed in room 9, i dont think the others had the issue we encountered.
Ultimately it would have been nie to have had the managment offer us some sort of refund for the terrible smell.
