"Non of the restaurants were open. We couldn’t bring outside food in my kids got sick and I explained to the manager if I can get some credit back since I was leaving a whole day early and nothing was done. "

"Everything was amazing. The host was incredibly responsive and check in/check out was a breeze. The pool and hot tub we're such a hit. It's the perfect place for a family get together. So many amenities, supplies, etc. They have truly thought of everything. We hope to be back in the future for another family trip. "

"The house was perfectly clean, yard was safely fenced, decor was so soothing and peaceful. We enjoyed downtown Ottowa and hiking at Starved Rock. Communicating with the owner was easy and prompt. "

"It was absolutely amazing the only downside which is not any of the staffs fault is that the fire alarm went off at about 3:30am but other than that it was a terrific stay and I will be back!"

"There were issues. There were Cheetos on the bed frame, the microwave didn’t work and the coffee maker was filthy on the inside. The staff worked to resolve the issues however ever the coffee maker didn’t work correctly. The microwave was replaced soon after check and the male staff member was good about the issues but the female seemed frustrated with switching the coffee maker and gave me a non working replacement. The room was fine except for the cleaning issue but the hallway carpet was very badly worn."

"The stay was wonderful! So dog friendly! They even provided dog beds and bowls. Very nice touch. Everything for the humans was great too. No complaints at all. Definitely met and exceeded our expectations. The hosts are very nice and easily accessible when needed. Hoping to go back again someday. "
