"When we got there and checked into our villa upon inspecting the villa, we found the beds where I made there was dishes in the sink, and the trash was overflowing and all the trash cans. I called the desk and they put us in the new villa. the dryer doesn’t work in this new villa. There was dirty dishes in the cabinet and the Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect and when it did, it went in and out of service wouldn’t bring new towels in for us because we were in a villa and we have a washer and dryer while the dryer doesn’t work so what were we supposed to do? Also, there was a big crack in the kitchen floor. I took a picture of because I wanted to show them that it was pre-existing."

"The place was exactly as the pictures showed. It was very clean, nicely decorated and access into the building was simple. Adorable downtown with restaurants, bars and stores. We enjoyed our stay very much. Definitely a place we would return. "

"The place was perfect and spacious. Had everything we could need. Warning though, do not rent if you want to use Great Bear Resort Water Park. Even though on the property, they do not view this as part of their resort and will not sell you tickets when busy which is nearly always. You have to go through their website."
