The hotel is massively big, it has several restaurants and amazing facilities. However it is located in a somehow isolated area away from markets and restaurants. The bad things about the room were: 1-The a/c was barely enough at night, 2- there was no enough wall plugs, 3- the closet was extremely small, 4- the huge window near the bathtub is non-reflective, which means if you want to enjoy the amazing view with your company everyone will see you naked !

Excellent stay & the service was first class

We had an wonderful stay in the newly renovated One Bed Deluxe Pool villa. Room was modern and spacious. Bathroom was big and had a nice outdoor shower. Only major comment was that the lack of hot water. Unfortunately, my daughter had to bath in lukewarm (at best) which was not ideal.

Unfortunately we have to kill the flies (photo approved) and change the room after an hour we check in. The flies are non stop to show up and flying around. We moved from the twin room to the king room. I let my son take the king bed, and I have to take the rolling bed. The drain in the bathroom are smelly. I did complain. But we’re tired to keep moving to change the room. We’re there to enjoy the vacation, not waste the time for this. Very disappointed. The infinity pool are the best for our...
