"The villa was lovely, but really let down by the dining options at Madawa. The breakfast was poor, with limited options and mostly empty bain marie”s, regardless of the time you go to get breakfast. There was also a lot of unavailable options. The tepinyaki was never available in our 4 days there. Given the location and lack of other options close by we had to travel to Nusa Dua beach every day to dine and purchase items. Would not stay there again."

"This hotel was incredible. Every single staff was helpful, friendly, kind. Easily walkable into Uluwatu main area for amazing shops and restaurants. Food at the hotel was delicious. Breakfast buffet was perfect. Beachside restaurant was our favourite. Beds were firm but comfortable. One of our favourite hotels we have ever stayed at. "
"The resort is stunning! So beautiful with incredible level of detail. Food at restaurants is excellent! From Kisk which is sea to table concert to the Italian for more easy going vibes.
The staff are so attentive. Could not fault them. We were not prepared for the grandeur and scale of this report! It’s MASSIVE! The trams run regular enough to get places easily.
We booked the day before and stayed 5 nights at the Segaria. Which has the best vibes I think from all the hotel options. RIMBA is very far out and when we visited the pools, it was wayyy to busy and full of people. More family orientated while Segaria has an adult only rooftop pool and bar!
Negative for us was that everything around the hotel is about taking photos, to a scale we have never experienced before. People only care about social media instead of enjoying their holidays. So expect to wait for others photos all the time…
it’s also very expensive. Small beer is 150k when other 5 star hotels we stayed in charge 70-90k
Lots of loud construction going on at the hotel. But that is pretty impossible to escape in bali
Overall though we very much enjoyed our stay, the room was spotless, breakfast amazing, facilities are the best we have ever experienced! And staff so welcoming! Thank you AYANA"
"Amazing hotel. This is our third time to the Ayana group. Twice Rimba, once Ayana. It’s a beautiful hotel with incredible facilities. 24 restaurants / bars and 14 pools across Ayana. The staff are fantastic, so attentive and everyone greets you when they walk past you. Loved the tea house at Rimba, so pretty. Also liked that there was an adult pool. We received beautiful cakes with a note saying thank you for returning to Rimba which was such a lovely touch.
We even got an upgrade on our room which we are so appreciative. Our only disappointment was where we were sat at the Rock bar as we weren’t near the water and were on one of the back tables. However I’ve still given 5 stars for the actual hotel.
Our only regret is not staying longer. "

"Excellent resort, not a lot to complain about on site, but it may not be what you're looking for if you plan on going around visiting Bali. It's a little out of the way and traffic is pretty atrocious unless you're heading out early in the morning (before 11 AM).
My visit was for an event and it ended up being difficult every time we needed to head out. Calling for a ride can take quite some time, and going anywhere required at least 40 minutes to an hour.
I highly recommend this location if you plan on remaining on resort for the majority of the time, it is very comfortable and services are excellent."
