"Staff were all really lovely and helpful - family room was a great size with two large double beds and clean in general (although the carpet was sticky!!) pool facilities were small but nice just hard to get booked in due to it being popular but we managed one swim (remeber your £1 for the locker). ..."

"The staff were really helpful. I was placed near the stairs and much later on in the night, it was really noisy and the doors banged loudly. "We stayed here for a couple of nights while my partner visited the convention at the nec. We had lovely weather but unfortunately the hotel is quite dated and has no air conditioning in the rooms. Some hotels that don’t have air conditioning do put fans/heaters in the rooms but no fans were provided ..."
