"The property was undergoing a makeover, new carpets etc and was a little bit untidy in areas. Nonetheless to be expected during contractors working there. The staff, especially the manager, were extremely helpful and pleasant."

"Yes car park nearby. The lady from the bar was lovely and friendly great service. The poor chef doing breakfast on his own was fantastic. Lovely cooked breakfast and really good service. "The rooms and common areas are opulent and luxurious. The grounds are wonderfully manicured with exceptional views out to the sea. There is even a haunted castle ruin on site! All the staff are wonderful and friendly, especially Andrea who looked after my family and I on our short stay. Without a doubt, one of the prettiest hotels in Scotland! "
