"Great location near the Regency Ballroom, where my event was taking place. In-and-out parking is appreciated, as is parking until 2pm day of check-out. The room was spotless and everything was in decent shape, except for the bathroom fan that rattled loudly. Loved having a coffee maker, but there was only sugar, no half & half (Mini Moos would be great; powdered whitener is icky). "

"Disappointed, when I checked in, I was informed my room was next to the elevators. Sounded like airplanes flying over heaf all night long. I had know idea when I booked the room and would have gone elsewhere if I had know. I have been moved or upgraded for less distracting reasons at other hotels in the city. I will never stay at a Hilton again. "

"The staff were very friendly, the rooms and facilities were very clean when I used them. The hotel needs a bit of an update overall but it was good for the price. The free hotel shuttle bus to and from the airport was very convenient and from the airport you can use the BART Train to access local attractions and the city "
