The location was ideal, with easy access to entertainment, food, and the city center. The host was wonderful. "Nice clean hotel, very very handy for Birmingham Town Centre. Within easy walking distance of many restaurants, bars, venues and tram stops. Loads of places to plug devices in and free wi-fi worked well. Would say the lights were oddly low, so the room was quite dark but not a huge issue. Breakfast was great. I parked at the nearby Q-Park, only a short walk from the hotel, and was able to pre-book so just drove straight there."

"The room was spacious, and so is the bathroom. The toiletries were good quality. The breakfast is very good, and there is a good selection of breakfast items. The porridge is exceptional good. The staff are hospitable. I would definitely stay here again."
