Absolutely brilliant. Clean, quiet rooms, staff were all fantastic, comfy beds, nice bathroom, excellent breakfast included. I've paid a lot more for a lot worse, would give it more stars if I could! Oh, and it was close to everywhere I needed to be!

We were disappointed that the pictures advertising the Walton Hall Hotel & Spa were quite deceptive. The actual hotel is not at all connected to the historic Walton Hall, and the hotel wing and room that we experienced were very worn and in need of a renovation. The pool and fitness room were listed on Expedia as amenities, but these facilities are not owned by the hotel and require payment for use (after registering our complaint, we were given free passes). On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and the wifi worked.
