"Inte riktigt som jag trodde, hotellet var mer slitet än väntat och wi-fi fungerade aldrig, trots att jag uppgraderade till ett rum där de garanterade wi-fi. Men frukosten var bra."

"Got to the (awful) hotel to be told the airport shuttle wasn't available and they weren't expecting us. We showed them the confirmation of booking and payment and the phoned their boss. Apparently every internet booking the payment isn't received so if we want to stay at the hotel we would have to pay twice and claim the money back later. They openly admit they try this on all bookings. We left and stayed at the airport instead and will claim or original payment from Expedia."

"Hotel not located opposite a university as described. Rooms are too small. Gaining entry into the bathroom is a squeeze. Television is almost jammed into the bed. If you book a double room as I did, you will be given a standard room without an explanation nor apology. There are no double rooms as advertised. Free airport shuttle is not available! "
