Do you need relaxation, tranquility, the beach within walking distance? Or are you looking for water sports challenges, want to stroll, stroll through the Büsumer pedestrian zones or the largest fishing port on the west coast and snack on a fish sandwich? Do you want to learn kiting or surfing in a surf / kite school directly behind the dike in a protected area? Is a lovingly and fully furnished holiday home important to you? Then you have come to the right place in the 'Ferienwohnung zur Perlebucht II'. The apartment is on the 1st Upper floor of a condominium house on a very quiet residential street with no through traffic. The apartment was completely renovated with a new kitchen and a new bathroom and was designed in a modern, maritime style. The bedroom is furnished with a new double bed and wardrobe, which offers plenty of storage space for suitcases and clothes. Erwartungen voll erfüllt!

Die geweckten Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt. Dazu kam Traumwetter, das wir im September kaum erwarten konnten. Unser Vermieter war freundlich und zuverlässig. Alles bestens. Vielen Dank.

Sehr gute Wohnung, zentral und ruhig gelegen

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Sie ist geschmackvoll und wohnlich eingerichtet. Alles was man in einer FeWo braucht war vorhanden und in einen guten und sauberen Zustand. Die Lage ist zentral am Stand und sehr ruhig. Balkon ist zur Süd-Westseite ausgerichtet und ebenfalls gepflegt. Also – jederzeit wieder!

Alles prima

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Wohnung war sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Gleich ums Eck konnte man sehr gut essen. Sowohl im Lokal, als auch an einem Fisch Imbiss. In 5 min konnte man das Wasser sehen und in knapp 10 min war man an einer netten Plattform, und konnte ein Getränk mit Meerblick genießen. Umgeben von Wasser. Wir fahren mit Sicherheit nochmal hin. LG

Es hätte besser sein können

Größe der Wohnung gut mit den zwei Zimmern. Leider ist beim reinigen vergessen worden abgelaufene Gewürze zu entsorgen. Die technische Ausstattung der Wohnung war nicht wie in der Anzeige angegeben. DVD konnten nicht abgespielt werden. Empfang für TV und Radio nicht stabil. Das neue Radio brachte keinen Empfang. Direkt am Sandstrand ist geschmeichelt.

Einfache und saubere Ferienwohnung

Büsum ist ein kleiner Ort, der offensichtlich in erster Linie vom Tourismus lebt. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und wir waren mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal dort. Im Zentrum, in unmittelbarer Nähe des Deiches, gibt es eine kleine aber feine Fußgängerzone. Dort befinden sich diverse kleine Läden und viele Restaurants. Highlight für uns war die Familienlagune. Dabei handelt es sich um ein kleines von der Nordsee abgetrenntes Gewässer, auf dem Surfen, Kite-Surfen, SUP, Tretboot-Fahren und Baden möglich ist. Auf der Landzunge zwischen Lagune und Meer kann man dann auch noch Essen und Trinken. Die Ferienwohnung war einfach und sauber. Sie befindet sich in einem von mehreren Mehrfamilienhäusern am Rand des Ortes. Luxus darf man nicht erwarten. Zum Zentrum sind es ungefähr zwei Kilometer, daher ist es ratsam Fahrräder mitzunehmen. Für Selbstversorger gibt es im Ort Aldi, Lidl, Netto, EDEKA.

Schöne Stadt, schöne Restaurants und Läden

Ruhige Lage aber weit weg vom Zentrum. Kaffeemaschine, Toaster etc bedürfen einer Grundreinigung. Eine Matratze war sehr durchgelegen. Etwas verwunderlich war, dass wir den Vermieter weder bei der Anreise noch bei der Abreise angetroffen haben. Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir uns aber wohlgefühlt.

Zwischen Urlaub

Netter Vermieter, Wohnung in Tipp Top Zustand, alles was man so braucht ist vorhanden. Beim nächsten Besuch mit Fahrrad, um nicht alles zu erlaufen ( Bäckerei)weil es ohne Auto einfach schöner ist .

Erlebnis Nordsee 🌊🐟🐚

Im Erlengrund 111 ist eine tolle kleine Wohnung, perfekt für 2 Leute die Nordseeluft / Ebbe und Flut genießen wollen. Der Vermieter ist 👍, Schlüsselübergabe war beim eintreffen, besser geht nicht. Die Wohnung war in einem sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. Bad ist klein aber fein und mit Fußboden Heizung. Nach Besichtigung der Ferienwohnung bekamen wir noch Tip's für lecker Essen gehen und sehenswerte Ausflüge. Wir sagen einfach "Danke"

Sehr schöne, ruhige Wohnung in der Nähe des Deiches

Die Wohnung hat alles hergegeben, was man braucht. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, auch mit zwei kleinen Kindern war das vom Platz ausreichend und es ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Bei größeren Kindern könnte es allerdings eng werden.

Eine sehr unkomplizierte und angenehme Übergabe der Fewo durch den Vermieter. Die kleinen Dinge, die den Alltag erleichtern und verschönern waren bereits vorhanden, wie z.B Gewürze und Teelichter.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in Büsum

Die Wohnung liegt sehr nahe am Deich bei der Familienlagune Perlebucht. Von daher perfekt für den Strand und das Meer. Die Wohnung selbst ist ideal für 2 Personen. Das Bad ist zwar klein, aber super renoviert. Wir haben die Fußboden-Heizung nach dem Duschen geliebt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das WLan hat prima funktioniert. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, wir konnten wunderbar schlafen. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang und auch unsere Fahrräder waren direkt neben der Tür. Alles in allem haben wir eine wunderbare Woche verbracht. Als kleiner Tipp fürs nächste Mal - wir haben alles gefunden, was wir benötigt haben, bis auf Schnapsgläser ;-)) Aber wir wussten uns zu helfen....

Zeit zum Entspannen

Die Ausstattung hab ich bisher noch nicht erlebt. In der Küche gibt es Gewürze, Öl, Kaffee und vieles mehr. Lage zum Deich ist kurzläufig. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit. Danke für den schönen Urlaub

Schöne Woche in Büsum

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem Drum und Dran. Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, der auch noch sehr gute Tipps für Büsum parat hatte. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.
