"Parking ok, bathroom, musty odor, and unkempt ambiance not so much. Too expensive for such a dive type accommodation. Also left a couple of items that must call and recover"

" I don’t know how this place got high reviews. For the most part it is clean. Rooms are terrible. You have to fight with the room door to open and close. The beds are clean. The water is yellow/ brown. Even the water they serve for breakfast yellow/ brownish. I can’t speak on breakfast because we didn’t eat due to a ton of people and due to the water color. We went to McDonald next door. The rooms smelled like old mold the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The toilet makes a long whining noise after flushing. I spoke to the front desk and he stated, that’s just how the toilets flushes at the hotel and to get some sleep. The next morning I reached out to Expedia. They tired to reach out to somebody at the hotel but they would put them on hold and not return. Finally they were able to speak to the manager an he came to the room and stated, that all the water in the area was this color. The staff is pleasant but very nonchalant about anything you have concerned about. I am assuming because they feel there is nothing they can do about it anyways. I stayed the two nights because we didn’t have anywhere to go due to spring break weekend . For what we paid we could have stayed at a really nice hotel on a average weekend. We didn’t go to the pool so I can’t speak on the pool. The area is average. I didn’t feel unsafe.. "

"Property looks good, at first. The room was good,roomy and clean. Hallway carpets are not very clean. I think people live here? Some guests looked a bit sketchy. There was something off about it. I couldn’t get extra pillows. Breakfast was very basic - coffee and muffin, all the fruit disappeared early."

"Free breakfast with many breakfast choices. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Soaps, shampoo and lotion were very nice products. The hotel is very close to the road thus very noisy from the road traffic. hotel is older, but appeared newly painted. Sliding door that closed bathroom from sleeping area was heavy, and didn’t fully close. There were areas that needed maintenance, the pool was either dirty or needed to be painted. I would stay again only if I couldn’t find something else in my budget. "

"Had no pillows. Elevators sound outdated and u have to be let in after hrs or u will be standing there if the attendant doesn't wake up because she waa sleeping "

"I did not receive the room I originally booked. Instead, I was assigned a handicap-accessible room, which I did not request. This was also not the typical room type I usually receive when I make a reservation. I would have preferred the room that matched my original booking."
