"Beautiful old building and location right opposite the minster. We stayed in the Wenn Suite which was large and comfortable and great value for money. Our only disappointment was that the restaurant wasn't serving food after 6pm on the Sunday we arrived, as it all looked delicious! Hoping to return another time :)"

"Lovely rooms only issue was heat in room and a very small fan to compensate really not adequate for room need to invest in larger fans at least very warm and uncomfortable sleep so not great as a nights sleep. Good location shame about the street outside at night full of kids and foreign people being noisy l."

Boston West Hotel

"Stayed in the quad room (2 Queen size beds). Good size room and quiet. Only down sides are that the bathroom can be cold as only heating is an electric towel rail and the heating in the room isn't really sufficient for the size of the room and takes a long time to warm the room up. TV signal is a bit patchy and glitches on some channels. Car park near hotel isn't big enough when it's busy but there is plenty of other parking further away. Also WiFi wasn't working when we stayed but was told that staff were aware and was being resolved but didn't come back on during our stay."

"Lovely room! Great attention to detail from toiletries in the bathroom to radio playing in the room when we arrived. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Car park had plenty of room and had lighting and video surveillance. Breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay again and will be recommending to family and friends."

"Beautiful room and helpful staff. The food at dinner was amazing and breakfast very high quality. I had some issues with my shower that were sorted quickly. Some inconsiderate guests made a lot of noise - but accept the hotel could do little about that."
