"Staying at Hilton Cabana was a huge mistake. I paid extra to upgrade to a bay view room, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The shower door wouldn’t close, the fridge didn’t work, the telephone was broken, and even the coffee maker was not functioning. When I contacted the front desk, they sent someone to check the shower door, and he said it needed to be replaced. As for the phone and fridge, no one seemed to care or take any action. They didn’t even offer to move me to another room. The manager was particularly rude. A staff member initially said they would waive the upgrade charge and offer some restaurant credit, but the manager later said he needed to confirm with that employee before approving anything. Not only did they ignore the issues, but they were also reluctant to provide any compensation. I strongly advise against staying here. The photos are misleading, and the service does not match expectations."

"We love this place. This is our second stay. The pool and beach are impeccably maintained. All of the restaurants are great.we preferred the Arkadia Grill as it was the most laid back restaurant. ."

"Pros: Access to the beach, beach chairs provided, location, friendly staff, comfy bed Cons: No onsite parking, older building, pool was cold Overall - this place wasn't much to look at, and parking was a pain. But the location was great, and the price was better than most in the area."

"Beach was windy (nature); but still lovely, and the Spa and massage were great! I suggest cleaning the seaweed from the waves/sand, and leveling the sand. "

"No parking available had to park far away, room was messy with bugs in the bathroom, dirt was on the bed when I first went in, coach was sticky, cups were not cleaned"

"The hotel was within walking distance from the beach which was a total win! The room was clean and the air conditioning perfect! They provided beach towels which was a plus! It is located close to restaurants and the Miami bus line that was easy to use. Over all it made our 4 day stay fun and affordable! We did not drive so not to sure about the parking. There is a small kitchen setup in the room. Overall worth a short stay. Thanks for making our stay great!"
