"If I could give this “hotel” a -0 I would because it’s terrible!! I say “hotel” in quotes because I have stayed in nicer motels, in Mississippi, on the side of the road. I very rarely give a negative review about anything but I really felt this deserved it. I paid almost $500 for 1 night and the carpet was so old and nasty I couldn’t walk on the floors barefooted. You would think that at those prices they would update this craphole but I guess not. Anyway, obviously, I will never go back to this hotel but hopefully someone will read this and make a better choice. "

"Do not book this place! It doesn’t look like the pictures at all! It’s all a scam! I arrived there and they gave me a completely different studio than I paid for. The one I paid for was apparently unavailable. So instead they gave me old, disgusting broken studio with dead cockroach on the floor ( that was after housekeeping) there were someone else’s hair on the floor next to bed, broken tiles on the floor (health&safety hazard? Broken tiles in the bathroom, dust and dirt on windows and all over the place. I haven’t stayed there even for 1 night as I am sure the bed had bed bugs in it. The manager doesn’t even know if I can get a full refund as this apartment wasn’t what I booked. His communication is terrible, he is not helpful at all. When I arrived there other guests were complaining that there is no hot water at all. It seems this place has a lot of issues. Save yourself the trouble and don’t book this old, dirty, rundown place!!! "

We loved our stay in Maison Felix, the thoughtful details, the beautiful deco, the kind and attentive staff, access to beach sunbeds and towels, and its convenient while silent location close to everything you need made our stay quite memorable.
