"My experience was absolutely unacceptable. The room was infested with bed bugs, including behind the headboard, making it completely unsafe and unsanitary to stay in. After discovering them, I immediately contacted WeHost for assistance and waited several hours for a resolution, only to be told to remain in the same room and that they would simply refund my cleaning fee.
