"We had a great 3 night stay at Guest Mar. The staff were super friendly and helpful - the breakfast was delicious and it was very handy to be able to use the kitchen throughout the day. Comfortable bed and a good shower. Space was a bit tight in our room, but it was workable. We made use of the shared spaces - rooftop, kitchen and reading room. All in all a lovely guesthouse."

"Nice place, basis breakfast, but enough to start your day off. Yoghurt, bread, jam and marmalade , cheese and ham. Tea Coffee and Orange juice. Swimming pool in the garden. Easy and free parking outside on the quiet road. Only close to one cafe bar restaurant. Suitable for drinks and snacks. Had to drive to find other places, but only 2 to 3 km."

"We had an amazing stay at Vila Milreu! We were made to feel very welcome even when we arrived really late. The staff are brilliant and extremely friendly. The hotel is gorgeous, especially the pool area. The grounds are beautiful. The whole hotel had a relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious and filling with plenty of different foods to choose from. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we were in the area."

"This property was absolutely lovely. We booked late on our night of arrival, past 11pm, and the owner, Gino, was waiting for us when we got there. Our room was cozy, and comfortable, but the star of the show were the three private balconies outside. Overlooking the sea, with a great view, glorious sunshine and comfortable sofas, it was the perfect way to end an evening, and start the day. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was in an excellent location in a quiet area but also near the train station and the town. The hosts Cláudia and Luis have put a lot of time and effort into ensuring the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with freshly baked bread, homemade jam and good quality coffee. There was a slight problem with bookings and they allowed us to stay in their own room, while they stayed overnight at friends, this was so gracious of them, their room was lovely! "Agnes and Bruno are wonderful hosts and are genuinely concerned that your stay in Tavira will be a pleasant one. My room was clean and spacious and was cheerfully decorated. The fact that there was no TV was actually a plus, as the news is always depressing. You have all the other comforts of home, since in the common area there is a refrigerator, a microwave and a hot pot for boiling water. An added bonus is a a rooftop terrace where you can lounge in the sun while gazing at the river. ...
