"Der erste Eindruck war sehr gut. Leider sind die Duschen sehr eng. Die Badewanne konnte ebenfalls wegen des defekten Badewannenstöpsels nicht richtig genutzt werden. Das große Schlafzimmer hatte keine Tür, daher hörte man die Unterhaltungen der Mitreisenden im Wohnzimmer. Das im großen Schlafzimmer vorhandene runde Fenster konnte man bedauerlicherweise nicht abdecken, daher fiel recht früh das erste Sonnenlicht in das Schlafzimmer. "From a smooth check-in by friendly, efficient staff to a similar experience on departure, the hotel was a very enjoyable experience. Although busy, the breakfast-time was organised and operated extremely well - to me, always a sign of a good hotel: tables cleared and re-set quickly and the wide food choices replenished rapidly. I used the pool bar for snacks and drinks and, again, found the staff courteous, friendly and helpful. Our third floor room was v spacious, clean in all areas with a simple to operate A/C. The only minor blemish of the week (really!) were the soap/shampoo dispensers in the bath/shower, which needed a bit of adjustment at first to get them to work. I would strongly recommend the Hotel given my experience there."

"The outdoor pool area was nice and the location was good. The housekeeping ladies were also very friendly and attentive. However, there were a few disappointing points. The spa closes at 7pm, which feels quite early. The room we received wasn’t great, and although the apartment had a kitchen, it wasn’t very well equipped. I also found the reception staff less welcoming than expected, and the luggage room didn’t feel very secure. Overall, an okay stay but there’s definitely room for improvement."
