"The property was well maintained, beautiful and had several pools and restaurants. It is right on the beach and has lounge chairs available on the beach. We had a car and the parking was free. The food was good at the buffet and the à la carte restaurants. In particular, the Japanese and Italian restaurants were great! The service was great. The entertainment team in particular, Daniel, Sebastian, Jaime amd Tatitiana were fabulous! They have wonderful personalities, were energetic, enthusiastic and engaging when doing the activities such as water aerobics, volleyball and games. They also offered to play Pickleball ball with me as my daughter did not really want to play. They were helpful and friendly and helped me practice my Spanish with them. All in all, we had a great vacation thanks to the staff and entertainment team. I would definitely return to the Royal Solaris again!"

"We had the most incredible stay at the Four Seasons Costa Palmas. The facilities are impeccable, the beach is stunning, LIMÓN and Casa de Brasa are delicious, but most importantly the staff and service are the best I’ve ever experienced. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! I can’t wait to return!"

"This place is pretty remote so you definitely feel away. The sea is gorgeously blue and clear, with a vista right outside our room When we went is was HOT so the little dipping pool on our unit deck was very much appreciated - as was the AC. The staff was very nice and helpful. The food wasn’t super fantastic but we found a great surf shop 2 minutes down the beach called Coyote Cafe with fantastic grilled shrimp and chicken (and a full bar for those wanting a margarita). Oh FYI - and if you don’t plan to use the hotel shuttle to get back/forth from town you’ll need to get a good SUV with 4 wheel drive because much of the roads are unpaved and it’s a crazy ride to/from."

"The premises was lovely, our suite was stupendous, but the highlight was the plunge pool, do not settle for less.. We had a magical time at Zadun Ritz! The staff was top notch, our favorite person there was Uriel, our waiter..he was fabulous! He and the staff made our breakfast experience unforgettable, including the young lady in host area of restaurant. I also want to mention, Jesus was awesome, he works in pool area closest to the ocean. Every single person was great and let’s not forget our cleaning crew…sweethearts! Mario, room service assistant. Damar, Bruno, Pedro and Pablo at Candil were great. Thank you for our beautiful and lovely experience..we will be back. Xoxoxo"

"Overall a good stay of your looking for relaxation and not much to do. Property is clean and scenery is beautiful. We stayed in a treehouse and upgraded to an “air conditioned” one, but it wasn’t much help when the room was still very open air. We made it through given this is a very hot season, but I was not a fan of the small ants that were in the beds ,sink, and sheets. We made do, but I’ll probably opt out of treehouse stay the next time :) Not being familiar with the property besides what we saw on line, didn’t realize one of the 2 pools was for villa guests but it was the one that was nearest the cold plunge. Also no access to gym. Just little things I wish could have been described more or option to upgrade more up front. Majority of staff was great, we did encounter a few that were just very serious and not super friendly at the jungle pool. We travel to Mexico frequently and friendly staff is all we encounter so it threw us off a bit. BUT- Gael was amazing and every single one of his recommendations hit the point. The staff in Fausto’s were also great to visit every morning."
